Many people want to know whether online therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can choose the format that works best for you, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and you can change therapists if you feel a different fit would be better. For many people, remote sessions offer an accessible and effective way to pursue mental health and personal growth.
