My job as a counsellor is to give clients the space to explore what may be bothering you in a safe, confidential space. I am an integrative counsellor, which means I use different approaches to suit you. The theories I mainly follow are:
The Person-centred theory, which is about the client and the counselling
relationship. CBT , this focuses on the here and now feelings, thoughts, and
behaviours and how you can tackle them.
I use which ever theory suits my clients with an understanding for their need.
I offer short- and long-term therapy.
How I think I can help?
I believe that everybody is unique and sometimes we all feel confused, not understood, or understand what we are going through. We might find that our mental health, behaviours, and feelings impact us in ways we are not able resolve. In a safe and trusting environment I can offer counselling, therapeutic support to help you understand what may be happening for you and come up with healthier coping mechanisms and possible ways of long term change through exploration or strategic tools.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can choose the communication style that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and clients can change therapists at any time if they prefer a different match. This variety and accessibility make online therapy a practical option for many people seeking support.
