Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi!! My name is Tina Jones-Wallace and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor – Supervisor (LPCC-S) in the state of Kentucky. I have been practicing all together for 14 years. I started out as a School-Based Counselor working within a public school system seeing all ages from Kindergarten to 8th grade. Then I moved into the outpatient setting seeing anyone who walked through the door. I believe the best way to learn is to be hands on, ask questions when you don’t understand, and be very aware of the resources that are at your disposal. During my outpatient years, my youngest client was 3 years old and my oldest was 61. I am well versed in addictions, anxiety, depression, parenting, and working with a lot of severely ill adults. I am a person that loves to help others and to support anyone on their journey to accomplish whatever goals they set forward. I have spent the last 6 years years working in crisis and dealing with people who are suicidal or overwhelmed. If you are ready to start your journey as the captain to your ship, I am more than ready to be your first-mate!!!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or messaging within an app. This range of options can make it easier to fit therapeutic work into a busy life.
These services are delivered by licensed professionals, and clients may change providers if they would like a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers a practical and effective way to address everyday mental health concerns while preserving convenience and continuity of care.
