Hello! My name is Theresa and I am looking forward to meeting you! I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in Ohio (additional states coming) with 3+ years of professional work experience. Before being a clinical counselor, professionally, I have been blessed to be a school counselor, director of social services and part-time adjunct professor. I have a heartfelt dedication to working with people of all ages through trauma, transition, healing and overwhelming periods of life. Areas of speciality include working with adolescents, early adulthood experiences (navigating your twenties and thirties!) divorce (or break ups,) ADHD, autism spectrum and parent support. Helping clients cope with complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, narcissistic abuse, loss of focus/motivation, confidence & coping with life changes and recovery are additional areas in which I have experience being a helper.
