Many people ask whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
A major advantage of remote therapy is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that feels most comfortable, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety of options can make it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists providing online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch to a different therapist at any time if they want a different fit.
