Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a credentialed practitioner in Australia with over 10 years of professional experience and a Fellowship in Lifestyle Medicine. I have had the privilege of working with people from different backgrounds, including several years supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
My areas of focus include stress and anxiety, functional neurological disorders, sleep difficulties, depression, and coping with major life changes. Living with multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, Graves’ disease, POTS, and being legally blind gives me not only professional insight but also lived experience. This allows me to genuinely empathise with my clients and to say, “I understand.”
I believe in treating every person with dignity, respect, sensitivity, and empathy. Each client’s story is unique, and I tailor our conversations and treatment plan to your individual needs and goals. Seeking a more fulfilling and meaningful life takes courage, and I am here to support and empower you as you take those steps toward change.
While I maintain a professional approach, you may also notice a bit of “bush girl” speech in my style; it’s simply part of who I am and how I connect with people.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can genuinely help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person care.
Flexibility is one of the key benefits. Clients can connect with their therapist in the way that feels most comfortable – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it simpler to fit therapy into everyday life.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and clients may switch to a different therapist at any time if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy provides practical options to access consistent support while preserving the quality and purpose of therapeutic work.
