Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed, Registered and Accredited Counsellor, CBT Practitioner and Psychotherapist in the UK with 8 years of professional experience, and over 3000 hours of client contact. I am currently studying a Post-Grad Level 7 (Masters Level) qualification in Attachment-Focused Psychotherapy. I complete this in June 2026 and will then also specialise as a Couples Therapist, Clinical Supervisor and Trauma therapist.
I have expertise in helping clients with attachment styles/wounds, inner child work, managing/surviving narcissistic relationships, anxiety, obsessive thoughts/compulsive behaviours, eating disorders, body image issues, relationship and communication issues and low self esteem.
I also work for a Mental Health charity, facilitating a fortnightly therapeutic support group, helping vulnerable people who are struggling with their emotional well-being and mental health.
In our sessions I provide a confidential, compassionate and caring space for you to discuss the issues which have brought you to therapy. Feeling safe, being truly listened to with empathy and kindness are all part of the therapeutic process. Being an integrative therapist means we can explore the most appropriate therapy style for you, tailoring your treatment plan uniquely for you.
Each session is focused solely on you and this includes what you would like to talk about and at what pace. We can adjust your treatment plan to suit the specific needs that come up for you at the time. The therapeutic journey that we go on will bring clarity and understanding to assist you in overcoming things that challenge you and also provide you with helpful, resourceful tools that you can call upon in the future.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I look forward to our therapeutic journey together.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or coping with life changes – online therapy has been found to be similarly effective to in-person sessions. It is a practical option for people seeking support with these kinds of issues.
One of the main benefits is the flexibility it offers. Clients can choose the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into daily life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. This adaptability and variety of contact methods make online therapy a convenient way to access professional support.
