Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello. My name is Steve and I am a pluralistic therapist, which means that I trained in various modes of therapy practice as different approaches are useful for different issues and at different points in our lives. Every client-therapist relationship is unique and central to the counselling process, and it is important to me that all clients experience a non-judgemental and supportive space for exploring their lives. I have worked with teenagers and adults of all ages and in such areas as bereavement, spirituality, sexuality, gender issues, depression, trauma and anxiety. I have also trained in mindfulness and can offer helpful in-the-moment techniques that draw on the benefits of meditation and polyvagal theory. I like the existential approach which considers the person as a whole and is mindful of our physical, social, personal and spiritual worlds. I recently completed a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy.

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
An important practical advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Therapy online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if a different match is needed it is possible to switch to another therapist at any time.
