Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have extensive experience with college-aged individuals who are working through the transition from adolescence into adulthood. I also regularly work with individuals of all ages addressing concerns such as Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Relationship Conflict, Job Dissatisfaction, and Low Self Esteem. Knowing that a strong rapport is key to successful therapy, I work with each client to foster a relationship that encourages a greater level of self acceptance that leads to growth and change.
Sometimes our lives are a little messy; my desire is to walk alongside you to target opportunities for greater life satisfaction. I am counselor with a passion to empower my clients to experience a deeper state of healing & wholeness. I believe that the therapeutic relationship between counselor and client must first be established – trust is the first crucial step. I am convinced that for most people, a sense of belonging is foundational to psychological well-being and I aim to support my clients in discovering their identity, believing that they have a purpose and position within their family, their community and beyond.
I meet with people Monday through Thursday between 10:30 AM and 5 PM CST. I keep a low caseload so I am able to serve those I work with to the very best of my ability. I would love the opportunity to work with you and walk with you through this season.
