Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a UK-licensed therapist with over six years of experience supporting people through a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, depression, and difficulties around self-esteem and confidence.
I also have a special interest in working with cultural and faith-based struggles, particularly for those from South Asian Muslim backgrounds, as this is my own lived experience too. I know this can sometimes feel like an area where the least support is available, especially when trying to balance tradition with the pressures of today’s world.
My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from humanistic, existential, attachment-based, and CBT approaches. In practice, this means I adapt to you. Sometimes we may reflect deeply on meaning and identity, sometimes we may explore relationships and patterns, and other times we may focus on practical tools to ease day-to-day struggles.
Above all, I work with warmth, respect, and compassion. I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll shape the therapy in a way that feels supportive and right for you.
It takes real courage to look for support and to take those first steps toward change. I see therapy as a journey we walk together. One that can help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and true to you. I would be honoured to support and empower you along the way.

Sobia Siddique is a UK-licensed therapist with over six years of experience supporting people through a broad range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, depression, and struggles with self-esteem and confidence.
She holds a particular interest in cultural and faith-based difficulties, especially for those from South Asian Muslim backgrounds, drawing on her own lived experience in this area. She recognises that balancing tradition with contemporary pressures can feel isolating and that support in this space is often limited.
Her practice is integrative, combining humanistic, existential, attachment-based, and cognitive-behavioural approaches. In session she adapts to the individual – sometimes exploring questions of meaning and identity, sometimes examining relationship patterns, and sometimes offering practical tools to ease day-to-day difficulties.
As a warm, respectful, and compassionate practitioner, she meets people where they are and works collaboratively to shape therapy in a way that feels supportive and appropriate. She views the decision to seek help as a courageous first step and aims to accompany clients toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic.
She would be honoured to support and empower people through that journey.
Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For most common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that feels most comfortable to them: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety of options can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may switch to a different therapist at any time if they would prefer a different fit.
