Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I believe it is really important to accept yourself where you are right now and I want you to know that I accept you as you are. One of my favorite ways of coping is through Mindfulness Exercises. This practice helps people manage stress and uncomfortable thoughts and emotions. Mindfulness techniques can bring you into the present moment and clear the way for new ways of thinking, managing challenges and relating to others. As a LMFT, my mission is to connect clients to their fullest potential and teach them ways to bring meaning, joy and success into their lives. Since 2002, I have led mindfulness and visualization that have helped clients make these positive changes in their lives. I also use techniques drawn from Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Through exploring your situation further and getting to know you better as a whole person (including your strengths), I will be able to help you feel more enjoyment and satisfaction with your life.
I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology from UCLA and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from CLU. I grew up in Los Angeles in a very racially diverse neighborhood and learned early in life to accept and respect others. I am Hispanic Caucasian and a first generation college graduate.
I enjoy leading mind-body practices for personal, spiritual and sports performance development. From 2011-2022, I lead yoga, meditation and mindfulness groups all around the country both in person and virtually during the pandemic. Through collaboration with other leaders, I have learned the latest technology and techniques in optimal health and performance and use these exercises with my clients. I also created an awareness card game called Witness Cards to help clients easily and comfortable identify areas for growth and change.
Most enjoyable for me is empowering clients to accept themselves as they are and when they are ready make changes in a comfortable confident way. Through guided imagery, deep relaxation and awareness exercises, I help clients connect to their own unique gifts and personal calling.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can be a practical option for people seeking help for these issues while maintaining the comforts of their daily routine.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging, which makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and if a different match is desired at any time, clients have the ability to switch to another therapist. Online therapy can provide an accessible route to consistent support and therapeutic progress for many common mental health and life challenges.
