Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I offer you a sincere and warm welcome here. I am a psychotherapist who uses and Integrative approach, based on your specific and unique needs. The use of different modalities, allows for me to tailor an approach, which works best for you. I offer one to one support and my aim is to develop a strong therapeutic relationship, with you, which is based and leads you into a deeper sense of wellbeing, in your mind, body and spirit. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness, and places you on the pathway to change. With intent and practice, change is inevitable. You are unconditionally accepted and I will empower you to make the right decisions in life, with the right support. I offer you a safe, supportive and confidential space, to explore all that you choose to share. I am based in the UK with 9 years of professional work experience. Nothing is ever to small or insignificant to be brought to therapy. You may be dealing with Anxiety (general or health), stress, panic, depression or low mood. Or maybe you are struggling with low self worth or low self esteem. Relationship issues, including parenting issues, can deeply affect each of us, and sometimes we need to let go of our struggle on our own, which can make us feel isolated. By allowing ourselves to express our vulnerabilities (which can at first be very daunting) healing can begin to take place. As a mother of 7 children ( now grown up) I have experienced many of the joys and struggles of raising a family – trying to find ‘me time’ and and dealing with the guilt whaich can be accociated with doing so.
If you are coping with grief or loss, I am qualified to help you process the deep, intense emotions and sometimes physical reactions to the loss of a loved one.
I am passionate about supporting ladies who are going through the Menopause, and appreciate that this can be a difficult time to navigate through. I have pursued firther training in this specific area, too.
My hope is that I can encourage you to remain motivated in your desire for change and for you to realise that, you are actually in control of the ways in which you react to life’s very unexpected events. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
