Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I began my career as a lived experience worker within Qld Health over 15years ago and so I understand first hand the challenges that can come from navigating the mental health systems and accessing appropriate supports, particularly when unwell. My own lived experience of chronic ill mental health has heavily influenced my career and the way I engage with those I support. I whole heartedly believe that while we can have very similar experiences, the way those experiences impact and shape us are completely different and so too is the journey to mental wellbeing.
I have worked extensively within government and non-government agencies and understand the complexity that is often encountered when navigating these systems and so I have began to offer advocacy support as an additional service. I am able to offer complex report writing for court or NDIS in addition domestic violence perpetrator mapping through the use of domestic violence informed Safe and Together model which can be used to support family court applications and cases. I also provide functional capacity assessments utilising the Allen’s model of cognitive function.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – you can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether that is by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and you have the option to switch therapists if you would like a different fit.
