Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome all!
My name is Sandra Musielewicz, LCSW. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with 10+ years of clinical social work practice, specializing in behavioral/mental health & psychotherapy (talk therapy).
The theoretical frameworks that guide my practice include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed Care. I utilize a Strengths Perspective that promote self-advocacy, empowerment and resilience.
I serve adults with diverse backgrounds & socioeconomic statuses, LGBTQIA+ community members, neurotypical & neurodivergent populations.
It is a life-long goal to empower people who struggle with mental health symptoms, who have little or no access to behavioral health care, have faced bulling, stigma and/or shame for seeking professional mental health care.
My approach is person-centered, considering biopsychosocial influences, personal strengths, talents & abilities. Together, we formulate a custom-tailored treatment plan with realistic goals designed to overcome current barriers.
I meet you where you are to help manage depressive and anxiety symptoms, improve anger management, improve emotional regulation, mindfulness practices, interpersonal communication skills, compassion & self-care. This is your safe space to organize thoughts, brainstorm, seek root causes, challenge negative thinking, shift perspectives and encourage emotional exploration.
Welcome to the next chapter in your life-
Envision yourself as the writer & creator of your best life possible. I will be your co-piolet by facilitating the tools, interventions & homework that will challenge you and inspire critical thinking.
I look forward to supporting you on this journey!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One key advantage is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit.
