Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Social Worker and qualified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
My experience comes from supporting vulnerable families and at-risk individuals in Australia and Brazil. In my practice, I help individuals and families address risks of domestic violence, separation, parenting skills, relationship issues, trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, suicide ideation and emotional dysregulation.
My approach to the therapeutic relationship includes a warm, friendly, honest, multi-cultural and non-judgmental. Most of my experience includes supporting families to address social issues such as mental illness, homelessness, legal matters and relationship conflict.
My experience varies across several agencies, such as relationship centres, magistrates’ courts, educational centres, and governmental and non-governmental agencies.
My practice with counselling and group facilitation involves working collaboratively through the lenses of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Strengths, Narrative Therapy and other theories. I believe that every person has the potential to elicit strength towards a positive progressive change.
Through the journey of discovery, compassion and honesty, we can lay a path of growth and stability despite the surrounding circumstances.
I am here to support you in that process.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect in the way that best suits them, whether by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives and to maintain continuity of care.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. For many people, remote therapy offers an accessible, effective route to support for everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
