I hold a Master in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Western Sydney University and Bsc (Hons) Psychology from University of Mauritius. I am currently completing an MA in Psychology (Clinical).
I have worked with diverse clients who have faced issues such as family/domestic violence, chronic pain, and road users who have faced road accidents. I assist individuals with PTSD, depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. I am instrumental in bringing a self-transformation in an individual’s life by providing techniques and tools to cope with life challenges, stress management, improving quality of sleep and cultivating a healthy self-esteem as well as dealing with workplace issues. I also work with couples to turn their conflict into connection and bringing their desire back.
