Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a UK based counsellor with 3 years of experience. I have supported clients with a variety of things including stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, relationship issues, disordered eating as well as coping with day to day life.
I have experience working with individuals, teens and couples, as well as working with a range of additional needs including ADHD and Autism. I am particularly passionate about supporting women with undiagnosed or late diagnosed ADHD.
My role before becoming a counsellor was a teacher so I have a real understanding of working a high stress job/ burnout and anxiety.
I have also completed training and have an understanding of working with body-image and self-esteems issues as well as disordered eating and eating disorders.
I am a trained person centred/client led therapist so I am here to listen and talk through YOUR experiences but I will try and facilitate change for you and may draw on other therapy techniques in order to best support you and what you mind need from your sessions with me.
I hope to work with you and explore your experiences and point of view, however I am here to help you achieve your therapy goal so that may mean gently challenging you, I don’t feel I am the type of counsellor to just sit back and nod. I really want to support you and your goals/aims for therapy.
I feel passionately about talking therapy and believe that being heard and truly listened to, without judgment is one of the most important factors within counselling.

Rosie Hilditch is a UK-based counsellor with three years of experience supporting people through a range of difficulties. She has worked with clients facing stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, relationship problems, disordered eating, and the everyday challenges of life.
Rosie has experience with individuals, teenagers and couples, and has supported people with additional needs including ADHD and Autism. She is particularly committed to helping women who have undiagnosed or late-diagnosed ADHD.
Before training as a counsellor Rosie worked as a teacher, which gives her a grounded understanding of high-stress roles, burnout and work-related anxiety. She has also completed training in matters related to body image and self-esteem, alongside work with disordered eating and eating disorders.
Practising a person-centred, client-led approach, Rosie prioritises listening to each person and exploring their experiences. While her work is collaborative, she aims to facilitate positive change and may draw on other therapeutic techniques when appropriate to meet a client’s needs. She is prepared to gently challenge clients when that will help them move toward their therapy goals rather than simply sitting back and nodding.
Rosie values talking therapy and believes that being truly heard without judgement is one of the most important aspects of counselling. She seeks to support people in reaching the aims they set for their work together.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, research and clinical experience indicate that remote therapy can be as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether that is a video appointment, a phone call, live chat or messaging within an app. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and if you decide you need a different fit you can switch to another therapist at any time. Online therapy offers a practical, adaptable route to accessing professional support for a wide range of issues.
