Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Masters qualified counsellor. I have 19 years of experience working with individuals and families in the social care sector. I have been a counsellor for the past 4 years. Stress, anxiety, and self-esteem; loss, shame, abandonment; relationship concerns, family and parenting issues; these can all influence how we see ourselves. They can come at any age and impact on ourselves and those around us.
When we work together, we will explore your strengths and find strategies to support your resilience and self-esteem. We will use those as a springboard to make your life more fulfilling, on your terms.
Compassion is at the heart of my practice. I will listen to you with respect and without judgement, particularly in relation to individual identity and culture. I use evidence-based research; and work within the frameworks of British legislation including the Equality Act 2010. I also work using the BACP Ethical framework in my professional practice. I will tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
