Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a registered mental health professional based in Australia with years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges.
Over the years, I’ve worked in schools, community organisations, prisons (including drug treatment units), NGOs, and private practice. I’ve facilitated group therapy, supported people experiencing homelessness, and worked one-to-one with clients facing addiction, relationship conflict, trauma, and emotional distress.
I’ve also supported individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and a lack of motivation or confidence. I understand that reaching out can feel daunting, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to take that first step.
Many of the behaviours we struggle with today were once coping mechanisms, shaped by trauma, difficult experiences, or what we learned growing up. While these patterns may have served a purpose in the past, they can sometimes hold us back in the present. My approach is to help clients gently identify these patterns and support them in creating more helpful, empowering ways of responding now.
I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Person-Centred Therapy, trauma-informed care, and my own lived experience, while tailoring sessions to each client’s needs. I’m committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and understood.
I know it can feel daunting to reach out for help. That first step takes real courage, and I’m here to meet you with empathy and respect. If you’re ready to take that step, I’d be honoured to walk beside you.

Ronika Martin is a registered mental health professional based in Australia with 7 years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges. She has worked across schools, community organisations, prisons – including drug treatment units – NGOs, and private practice.
Her experience includes facilitating group therapy, supporting people experiencing homelessness, and providing one-to-one therapy for individuals facing addiction, relationship conflict, trauma, and emotional distress. She has also supported people dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, low self-esteem, and challenges with motivation or confidence.
Ronika recognises that reaching out for help can feel daunting and respects the courage it takes to begin. She understands that many behaviours that cause difficulty today often began as coping mechanisms shaped by trauma, difficult experiences, or what was learned in childhood. While those strategies may once have been useful, they can limit wellbeing in the present.
Her approach is to help clients gently identify unhelpful patterns and to support them in developing more helpful, empowering ways of responding. She draws on evidence-based methods such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Person-Centred Therapy, and trauma-informed care, alongside her own lived experience, adapting each session to the needs of the person in front of her.
Ronika is committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental space where people feel heard and understood. When someone is ready to take that first step, she aims to walk alongside them with empathy and respect.
Many people ask whether online therapy really helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is the flexibility it offers – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and you have the option to change therapists if you decide a different fit would work better. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible way to begin or continue work on mental health and relationship concerns.
