Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, my name is Robin Behar and I have been a licensed Psychotherapist in Florida for over 25 years. I have a private practice where I provide individual and couples therapy to all age groups. I also provide supervision to upcoming mental health counselors. My therapy also includes working with horses and dogs for clients who can benefit from that type of therapeutic experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns and a wide range of socio economic backyards, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, grief and loss and ADHD. I also work with clients who are looking for life coaching and counsel people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in working with you as a team at your pace treating you with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, art therapy, and life coaching. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people ask whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy is often as effective as traditional in-person care.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the communication method that fits their life, whether that is video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to attend sessions when schedules are busy or travel is difficult.
Therapy offered online is delivered by licensed professionals and therapists. If a client feels a different match would be better, it is possible to switch providers to find a better fit.
Overall, online therapy provides an accessible option for addressing many everyday mental health and relationship concerns while offering the practical advantage of multiple ways to connect with a trained therapist.
