Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey, counseling people as they make changes in their life. I have worked with clients to address a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, other mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, life changing situations, and more.
I understand how difficult opening up can be, and I know that finding the right person to talk with is important. My therapy style is very empathetic, genuine, mindful and client-centered, yet direct and straightforward. I offer a warm, safe environment to discuss any issues my clients may be experiencing. My approach to psychotherapy draws upon a number of different treatment modalities to help my clients heal and meet their goals, such as cognitive-behavioral, trauma-informed, solution-focused, and psychodynamic therapy. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
We will work to develop goals to support your individual needs and facilitate change. Together we work through any obstacles you may be having and explore what thoughts and behaviors are keeping you from living the life you want. We will work towards a greater sense of self awareness and self compassion, which will lead to a more fulfilling life.
I believe that prioritizing one’s mental health is an investment in self, it is an active step towards your healing journey. It takes courage to begin therapy and make changes. I am proud of you for getting started and I am here to support you.
I am excited to meet you and I look forward to working with you!
