Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Qualified Person Centered Counselor although I view my practice very holistic in the sense I have experience with CBT & MI through my volunteering work with Tayside Council on Alcohol.
I offer an opportunity to connect and get to know each other using invaluable listening skills, leading with Empathy and compassion.
I accept we are all very different as fallible human beings so I work with an open mind not judging a person or situation.
So for me I work closely with emotions and explore these in a safe and secure environment.
However I feel that I offer a down to earth approach so it will allow my clients to be open and honest without fear of feeling judged.
I have also had real issues with addiction depression to point that I didn’t want to wake up, however I did seek help and I now feel free.

Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that feels most comfortable, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it simpler to fit therapy into busy lives.
Therapy accessed online is delivered by licensed professionals, and clients are free to change therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many people, the convenience and accessibility of online sessions make it a practical and effective route to support.
