Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome, Brave Soul!
I believe nowadays we all receive the message to feel good, be successful in our job, be fit and manage our life, our children and relationships well. If we don’t feel that well, finding our everyday life a chain of challenges and not able to cope all the time, that can make us believe that we failed. Asking for help in this situation is very hard. So that’s why I think you are brave, because you have just decided to take a step and make changes for a happier and more balanced life. This process can be challenging but luckily there are people who help you on your way. If you honour me with your trust I can be one of them and can make your journey easier.
My name is Rita I am an English/Hungarian speaking, UK registered counselling psychologist. I have experience in helping clients with family problems, stress and anxiety, coping with life changes, somatisation and I helped people who simply felt they got stuck with their personal or work lives or relationships. My approach is based on coaching, family systems theory, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy.
My main and only aim has always been to help people who turned to me and I do it in a respectful and client-centred way. My style during our helping discussions is interactive, warm, personal and quite eclectic. I tailor my approach to you, the person who is an expert of your own story. We work together to find your goals and your strengths that will help you to reach these goals.
I look forward to speaking with you!
Please note *** I do not provide legal/court documentation, diagnosis, assessment, or treatment reports, or letters for ANY clinically-related purpose, clients who need such things will need to see an in-person provider.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for many people.
A key advantage is flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of contact that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different therapeutic fit.
