Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Florida with 5 years of professional work experience. My goal as your therapist is to help you explore and incorporate your creative capacity for change, to heal yourself and empower you to live the life you’ve been waiting for.
Are you a creative person looking for a unique approach to therapy? If you can imagine singing, writing or playing music as part of your ideal therapy session then you’ve come to the right place. I believe creativity is a way to work through challenges and move forward. I utilize expressive music processes in therapy (singing, songwriting, musical improvisation, movement, etc.) to help my clients. With a masters degree in music and over 20 years experience in the fields of music therapy, arts-based community facilitation, and music education, I provide my clients a safe space to express themselves, problem-solve and grow.
I enjoy working with a diversity of clients and have experience providing culturally competent and affirming therapy to LGBTQ+, neurodiverse, kink, poly and ethically non-monogamous clients.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether connecting with a therapist remotely can really help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions – research indicates that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can choose the format that fits their needs and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to access care from different locations.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed it is possible to switch therapists. For many clients, online therapy offers a practical and effective way to engage in meaningful therapeutic work while accommodating personal needs and daily life.
