Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed therapist and life coach who loves to specifically focus on relationships. I believe that the most important relationship we will have over our lifetime of the relationship that we have with ourselves. Along our physical trail we can come to conclusions about ourselves and others that cause us to feel insecure with who we are and around others. My job as a therapist and life coach is to provide a talking space for you to figure out what is holding you back or keeping you stuck from achieving the relationships and lifestyle you deserve. The more we understand who we really are, the easier it becomes to truly and deliberately create the life that we want and desire. Throughout my training I have worked with clients with a wide range of presenting issues, from low self esteem and relationship problems, to survivors of sexual abuse and other traumas. We all deserve to feel safe, seen, heard and appreciated for who we are, but sometimes we have experiences that can devastate us or cause us to doubt ourselves. The role I have in therapy is to provide support for you to get back on track, or start a new journey where you feel energised and in control of your life.

Rebecca Hepson is a licensed therapist and life coach who specialises in relationships, operating from the belief that the most important relationship a person will have is the one with themself. Over the course of life people often draw conclusions about who they are and how they relate to others, which can lead to feelings of insecurity or disconnection.
In her work Rebecca provides a reflective talking space where clients can explore what is holding them back or keeping them stuck from the relationships and lifestyle they want. By helping people develop a clearer understanding of who they really are, she supports intentional steps toward the life they desire.
During her training she has worked with a wide range of presenting issues, including low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and survivors of sexual abuse and other traumas. Rebecca aims to help clients feel seen, heard, and valued as they regain direction or begin a new chapter in which they feel energised and more in control of their lives.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, remote therapy provides a practical and effective route to the support they need.
