Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi my name is Beck and I am a person centred counsellor. I am skilled in helping people find their way through life.
I have many years experience of counselling all age groups from teenage through to seniors. I have counselled people for whom everyday life is a struggle, and I have helped people navigate the challenges of grief, loss and heartbreaking devastation.
I have worked for many years with people who have experience of the care system; also issues concerning identity around birth families and foster care.
I am an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and can discuss topics regarding coming out, exploring sexual identity and gender identity.
I have experience of working with parents whose children have grown up and left home, to deal with the effects of ’empty nest syndrome’ and later life difficulties such as the emotional consequences of menopause.
Finding the right counsellor is important so that you feel supported and able to explore your issues and achieve sustainable change.
We can see if we are suited and if you feel I am the right counsellor for you. I look forward to speaking with you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to engage consistently.
Therapists who offer online care are licensed professionals, and if you need a different match you can switch to another therapist at any time. For many people, online therapy provides a practical, effective route to support for everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
