Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a UK-licensed, and BACP accredited therapist with over 8 years of experience supporting adults with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationship issues, attachment patterns, low self-esteem, overthinking, burnout, and life transitions. I also work with clients dealing with people-pleasing, boundaries, emotional regulation, panic, grief, and the ongoing impact of childhood experiences and past wounds on current wellbeing.
My therapeutic foundation is Humanistic Person-Centred Counselling, and I integrate CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. This trauma-informed, integrative, and strengths-based approach allows me to tailor your therapy experience so you get both emotional insight and practical coping skills.
I hold a Master’s in Health Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. My work centres on helping clients build self-worth, strengthen identity, understand triggers, challenge the inner critic, improve communication skills, and gain tools for stress management, motivation, resilience, and sustainable personal growth.
I also support clients living with chronic health conditions, exploring the emotional impact of diagnosis, fear, change, and self-esteem , helping you manage what cannot be changed and heal what can.
In our work together, we explore feelings, behaviours, and internal patterns with compassion and curiosity. We identify core issues, unhelpful beliefs, resilience factors, and the strengths you already hold. My aim is to help you feel more in control, grounded, and confident in navigating your life, relationships, and emotions.
I speak English and Portuguese and can offer sessions in either language.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For most common concerns – like stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable, whether that’s via video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients can switch to a different therapist at any time if they prefer another fit. For many typical mental health and relationship issues, online therapy offers a practical, accessible option for receiving professional support.
