Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Is this you?
– You are living with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or the emotional weight of past experiences that make everyday life feel overwhelming.
– You feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, no matter how hard you try to break free.
– You feel lost, emotionally drained, or unsure of how to move forward.
If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone. I work with people who are struggling with the after effects of trauma, abuse and loss.
I am a counsellor, coach, and clinical hypnotherapist who specialises in trauma and loss. I support people who are struggling with the emotional impact of difficult experiences, whether recent or from the past, and help them find ways to feel safer, stronger, and more in control of their lives.
I have completed advanced training in trauma-focused therapy, and I use a range of different approaches to suit each person I work with. This means we can find a way of working together that feels right for you – whether you need space to talk, practical tools to manage anxiety, or help processing painful memories in a safe and gentle way.
My role is to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and accompany you on your healing journey. We’ll work together to:
– Process trauma (such as narcissistic or childhood abuse, domestic or sexual violence)
– Reduce anxiety, panic, OCD, or PTSD symptoms
– Break free from limiting patterns
– Learn healthier boundaries
– Rebuild self-worth and rediscover your voice

Many people wonder whether online therapy makes a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or managing life changes, research and practice show that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person work.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that fits your life and comfort level, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to attend sessions without disrupting daily routines.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if the match does not feel right it is possible to switch to someone else at any time. For many people, the convenience and comparable effectiveness of online therapy make it a practical and accessible route to getting support.
