Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been licensed in Florida for less than one year but have 6 years of experience working as an adult trauma therapist at a recovery center. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, mid-life crises, stress, low self-esteem, abandonment issues, empty nesters, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, motivation, grief, good girl trauma, self-esteem, codependence, and confidence. I have also helped many women who have struggled with childhood trauma to include all forms of abuse.
My therapy style is warm, person-centered, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, empathy, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, dialectical behavioral, psychodynamic, gestalt, solution-focused, and rational-emotive therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to be willing to ask for help and take the first steps towards change. To seek a more fulfilling and happier life through transformation and growth. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy really helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist using the method that fits their needs and schedule, whether by video, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability often makes it easier to maintain regular sessions.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and individuals who do not feel a good fit with a particular therapist may choose to switch to another clinician at any time.
