Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor working in the field with adults and couples for the last 6 years. I have worked with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual identity issues, and addiction. There is not a population of people I feel uncomfortable working with.
My therapeutic approach is a combination of psychodynamic, humanistic, and reality therapy. My goal as a therapist is to help you meet your goals, while becoming obsolete. I want you to be able to live your life as free as possible and no longer have a need for me.
I am an EMDR trained therapist, which has been an instrumental tool in working with individuals suffering from trauma such as loss of a loved one or rape. For more information on EMDR follow this link: https://www.emdr.com/what-is-emdr/
I would describe my counseling style as non-judgmental, genuine, warm, and solution-focused. I will help you get to wherever you need to go, whether that’s a better sense of self, better work ethic, or lower depressive or anxious levels. I am also here if you just need an unbiased 3rd party listen to your issues in a confidential setting.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care. Research and clinical practice indicate that these issues respond well to remote treatment delivered by trained professionals.
A major benefit of online therapy is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level – video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging make it easier to receive support without rearranging daily life. This convenience helps people maintain continuity of care even when routines are busy or circumstances change.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can therefore provide an accessible, adaptable way to pursue therapeutic goals with credentialed clinicians.
