Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My aim is to offer a safe, non-judgemental environment in which to explore emotions, issues and problems. We discuss individual needs and work accordingly, at a pace to suit the client – seeking coping strategies and setting goals with some, focussing primarily on emotions with others.
I am trained in Person Centred, Systemic and CBT approaches. I work integratively, drawing on my knowledge and experience to achieve a relationship in which there is mutual understanding, clarity of purpose and desired outcome.
I have been practicing as a counsellor since 2003 with experience of both corporate and commercial organisations. I have also worked with a national Bereavement Support charity and with the terminally ill.

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of contact that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, a live chat or in-app messaging, which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit.
