Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello there! My name is Olivia and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I believe that people are incredible, resilient, and so deserving of love and opportunities to change, no matter who they are or where their lives have led them. I’m grateful to be in this field where I can be a witness and support to others and what they are going through. Being able to connect with and trust a therapist is so important, so I’d like to share some information about myself and my professional experience, in order to help you decide if I might be a good fit as your counselor.
I have been working as a social worker for the past six years, providing individual and group therapy (in-person and online) in outpatient, inpatient, and school settings. I’ve worked with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, and various relationship and family issues. I choose to use a client-centered approach and focus my services on what my client needs most. Life can be really challenging, and I want my clients to know that they don’t have to go through these hard things alone. I have training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness and am continually working to increase my knowledge and expertise.
I hope the best for you on your mental health journey and would be honored to be a part of it!

Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or coping with life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether through video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to maintain regular care amid busy or changing lives.
All therapists providing remote care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they need a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible way to work on mental health and personal goals while fitting treatment into everyday life.
