I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and case manager. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar, personality disorders, substance use disorders/addictions, relationship issues, OCD, and ADHD. I also have a great deal of experience working with trauma and abuse.
My therapy style is warm and focuses on establishing rapport and trust first. I believe in treating everyone with dignity, respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don’t believe in focusing on stigmatizing labels. Diagnosis is helpful to understand the symptoms and etiology. My approach is strength based and empowering. I use therapy styles such as cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic and mindfulness therapy. As a social worker I take strong consideration in a systems perspective. I believe its important to understand the whole person and all of the macro and micro systems that have affected the individual. Treatment will be tailored to meet your unique and individual needs.
It takes a lot of courage and willingness to take that first step in seeking help which can have a dramatic and life long positive affect. If you are ready to move forward in this journey, I am here to guide you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – you can connect in the format that fits your schedule and comfort level, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy life.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and if you decide you would prefer a different fit, you have the option to switch therapists. Online therapy can offer an accessible way to work with qualified therapists while maintaining a focus on meaningful progress for common mental health and life concerns.
