The relationship feels complicated and perhaps the arrival of children to the family unit may contribute further to the difficulties.
I can help make sense of what may otherwise seem like a complex tangle of overwhelming problems.
At times, you as a couple may already resolved to part ways but seek support to do this amicably. The end of a relationship doesn’t have to be the start of enduring resentment and acrimony.

Nidhish Parikh is a BACP registered Integrative Counsellor who supports adults, adolescents and couples facing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties. He works in a way that adapts to the needs of each person, drawing on an integrative approach to provide tailored therapeutic support.
He supports people experiencing anxiety and depression, physical and emotional abuse, relationship difficulties, low mood, low confidence or self-esteem, passive-aggressive behaviour, panic attacks, anger management concerns and a sense of imposter syndrome. He also works with neurodiversity and ADHD, borderline personality difficulties, pandemic and isolation-related issues, gender dysphoria and questions of sexual identity, experiences of racism, workplace challenges, retirement-related difficulties, family or school problems, bullying and self-harm.
Nidhish offers support for couples whether they are heterosexual or same sex, married, cohabiting or dating. He recognises that all relationships go through ups and downs and that life changes – such as the arrival of children – can add further strain. He aims to help couples make sense of what can feel like an overwhelming tangle of problems and to find clearer ways forward.
