Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Nicole – I am a licensed clinical social worker located in central maine. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, parenting/family problems, OCD, PTSD, attachment issues, depression and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical or sexual trauma and/or emotional abuse. Active Military and Military Veterans are welcome; I was in the army reserve for 8 years and served a tour of duty in Iraq in 2003-2004.
My counseling style is warm but direct and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity and compassion. I believe that doing activities in nature can have a positive impact on self-esteem, coping with every day life, and processing difficult experiences. I hope to share this with my clients and inspire them to get outside and enjoy life to it’s fullest. It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and major life transitions, online therapy is generally as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that works best for them, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and daily routines.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote options, and if someone feels a different match would be better, it is possible to switch therapists at any time. Online therapy offers a practical way to access skilled support for many everyday mental health needs.
