Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, my name is Nicola and I am a qualified therapist based within the UK. I have been a counsellor for the last 7 years after qualifying with a BSc(Hons) in Person-Centred Counselling from Derby University. I have worked with clients who have brought a variety of different struggles to our sessions. Some who have experienced relationship issues whether that be family, friends or personal relationships. Also, clients who have suffered traumatic experiences whether as a child or an adult, abuse or narcassistic relationships.
I have also worked with people who are grieving, whether that be through the death of a loved one or the loss of something significant in their life – this could be from many different experiences, divorce, death, menopause, friends…..grief and loss are experienced in many different forms and can feel incredibly lonely. Clients may feel that they need support with regards to motivation, self esteem/self worth and confidence and sometimes simply to be heard. Some people can feel judged and alone within their relationships, that sense of loneliness or fear of losing people in their lives can be overwhelming.
I offer my clients an open and safe environment to speak about whatever is on their mind, we can together explore your thoughts and feelings with the assurance that you will be heard all without fear the of judgement in a confidential and empathic space.
Its a courageous thing to do to take that first step and to seek counselling, but know that it is the first step in seeking a more fulfilling and happier life.
I am here to support & empower you along that journey every step of the way.
I work Monday thru to Friday and some early evenings but am open to talking through what days and times will work for you.

Many people ask whether online therapy truly helps. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions for most individuals.
A key benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy life and to engage in the way that feels most comfortable.
Each therapist involved is a licensed professional, and it is possible to switch to a different therapist at any time if a different fit is needed. Online therapy offers a practical option for accessing professional support while managing everyday commitments.
