Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
About Me
Are you struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma, or relationship difficulties, I’m here to help. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone.
I am a counsellor, trainer, and CPCAB-qualified clinical supervisor with over 15 years’ experience supporting individuals and couples through some of life’s most difficult moments. I specialise in trauma including domestic abuse, sexual abuse, and conflict related trauma, and I also work with stress, anxiety, depression, anger, and self-esteem. As a Level 6 relationship therapist, I help couples improve communication and connection, and I support individuals in strengthening the most important relationship of all, the one with themselves.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can:
Reduce anxiety and stress
Manage anger in healthier ways
Process trauma and painful experiences
Gain clarity and self-understanding
Improve relationships with yourself and others
Build resilience and confidence to move forward
I also bring extensive experience working with first responders and professionals impacted by secondary trauma, as well as supervising practitioners across ages and professions.
Taking that first step can feel daunting, but change is possible. With the right support, you can heal, grow, and find new ways to live your life with balance and confidence.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be better. For many people, remote therapy provides a practical and effective route to emotional support and personal growth.
