Neda Yarahmadi completed CPCAB Level 4 in Therapeutic Counselling and a postgraduate Level 5 qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in 2017. The CPCAB Level 4 is a recognised counselling qualification and the Level 5 reflects postgraduate study in CBT. She combines this training with five years of clinical experience in the United Kingdom.
Her practice draws on person-centred work alongside Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Internal Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to tailor support to each person’s needs. This combination enables practical skill-building alongside exploration of patterns in thoughts, feelings and relationships.
Neda has worked with negative self-talk, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, histories of trauma, autism and ADHD. She specialises in trauma and abuse, grief, intimacy-related issues, self-esteem difficulties, anxiety, depression and attachment-related concerns.
Her approach blends evidence-informed techniques with relational focus to help people manage life changes, career pressures and family or relationship challenges.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One of the clearest advantages is flexibility – you can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Those who choose online care work with licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if a different fit is needed. For many people, online therapy offers a convenient, effective route to addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
