Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am BACP Registered Integrative Counsellor offering individual clients and couples a warm, open and pluralistic environment where they can choose to explore either their past, present or future and in some cases all three. For couples, they are provided with a space to explore their negative cycle/s, repair attachment injuries in the relationship and establish a new healthier cycle and better ways to mange conflict using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
My session are very much led by what the client want to achieve from their counselling using my integrative skills & knowledge. In sessions we will focus on on the topics or issues that have been discussed during the assessment by use of processing, reflecting and validating negative thoughts, feelings and experiences. When working with couples, Emotionally Focused Therapy is also integrated which allows the couple to track and change their negative cycle.
I work holistically and will often signpost when necessary to other service outside of counselling/therapy that would be beneficial for the clients overall wellbeing.

Natasha Lewis is a BACP-registered integrative counsellor with nine years of clinical experience based in the United Kingdom. Registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, she offers both individual and couples therapy in a warm, open and pluralistic setting where people are encouraged to choose whether to focus on the past, the present or the future – and sometimes all three.
Her approach is client-led and draws on integrative skills and knowledge to shape sessions around what each person or couple wants to achieve. In individual work she facilitates processing, reflection and validation of negative thoughts, feelings and experiences identified during assessment. When working with couples she integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners map and shift negative interaction cycles, repair attachment injuries in the relationship and develop healthier patterns for managing conflict.
Natasha works holistically and will often signpost to other services outside of counselling or therapy when that would support a client’s overall wellbeing. Her practice aims to provide an accessible, collaborative space for people to explore change and healing.
