Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been in the field of therapy and safeguarding for many years and have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem and loss.
I specialise in working with people who have experienced recent or non-recent child abuse, sexual trauma, domestic abuse and relationship issues as well as people who are struggling with self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
Often child abuse, sexual trauma and domestic abuse can have a psychological, emotional and physical impact that can leave you struggling to cope, constantly hyper-viligent, disconnected from who you are and feeling like there is no way forwards. I focus on helping survivors to feel safe, grounded and in control.
My approach combines psychodynamic therapy to look at your past experiences, parts work to explore different aspects of you like your inner child or inner critic and how they impact you, trauma-informed therapy to ensure stability, psychoeducation to help you understand why your brain and body respond the way they do and creative work to help you express yourself in different ways.
If you are looking to heal, rebuild and live your life freely, I am here for you. You deserve to be happy and I look forward to working with you.

Naomi Howard is a female therapist based in the United Kingdom with five years of experience working in therapy and safeguarding. She has supported people presenting with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem and loss.
She specialises in working with people who have experienced recent or non-recent child abuse, sexual trauma, domestic abuse and relationship difficulties, and she also works with individuals who are struggling with self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
Child abuse, sexual trauma and domestic abuse can affect someone psychologically, emotionally and physically, leaving a person struggling to cope, remaining constantly hyper-vigilant, feeling disconnected from themselves and unsure about how to move forward. Naomi focuses on helping survivors feel safe, grounded and more in control of their lives.
Her practice integrates psychodynamic therapy to explore past experiences, parts work to examine internal aspects such as the inner child or inner critic, trauma-informed approaches to prioritise stability, psychoeducation to explain why the brain and body react as they do, and creative methods to allow different forms of expression.
For people looking to heal, rebuild and live more freely, Naomi offers supportive, trauma-informed care and is available to work with clients as they take those steps.
