Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in the UK with more than 30 years of professional work experience. With a warm disposition and respect for individual needs, I help clients cope with grief, loss, and life changes, I understand what it is like to grieve for losing someone close.
Listening also to their experiences of difficult relationships, during childhood and adulthood, at work or being unempoyed, I often notice the sadness on the client’s face, then I see a sense of relief, relieved to have expressed their feelings confidently, reclaiming a sense of control over their life.
By offering empathy and emotional support, I help you explore your past, wishes, and goals, and set the agenda to prioritise issues for therapy, building thus a trusting relationship to work collaboratively, where there is listening without judgement or criticism and where you will gain clarity by exploring difficulties, find meaning in your experiences and enabling you be autonomous.
Asking for help is a sign of strength and self-awareness. I provide a safe and confidential space where you feel heard, understood and accepted. I use different approaches to help you work through specific issues. My role is to support you on your journey of self-discovery and healing. We can also work together to:
1] Develop practical coping skills and tools for managing challenges.
2] Identify and work towards the life you prefer to be living.
3] Focus on issues affecting your well-being.
Thank you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to choose the format that feels most comfortable.
Each therapist involved is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they would like a different fit. Online therapy offers an accessible way to receive professional support for a wide range of everyday mental health concerns.
