Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Monica — a licensed therapist and emotional wellness coach offering online therapy across Tennessee.
For over a decade, I’ve supported adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, family dynamics, trauma, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and life transitions. If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy offers a space to explore what’s underneath the surface and create meaningful change from the inside out.
My approach is holistic, integrative, and trauma-informed. That means we won’t only focus on “fixing” symptoms — we’re going to explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity, supporting your mind, body, and emotional world. Depending on your needs and comfort level, I may draw from tools like mindfulness, somatic practices, CBT, Brainspotting, or inner child work to help you reconnect with yourself and feel more grounded.
At the heart of my work is the belief that every challenge holds a deeper invitation — to know yourself more fully, to relate more intentionally, and to live in alignment with what matters most to you.
Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where you can process what’s been weighing on you, build emotional clarity, and begin living with more confidence, calm, and connection.
If you’re ready to begin this next chapter of your healing, I’d be honored to walk with you.

When someone is ready to begin the next chapter of their healing, Monica welcomes the opportunity to walk alongside them.
Many people wonder if online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the strongest advantages is flexibility. Individuals can connect in the way that feels most comfortable – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
These services are provided by licensed professionals, and anyone may choose to switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit. That combination of accessibility and professional oversight makes online therapy a practical option for many common mental health and life concerns.
