Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an accredited Counsellor in the UK with over 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, including pet bereavement & coping with life changes, as well as day to day worries. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
I am a Pluralistic counsellor, which means each session is all about you and what you want to bring to it, and then finding different ways of working to help move forward. We will work through the challenges you are facing at your pace and in a safe and confidential environment. I am here to listen not to judge.
I also work with mindfulness if required, as this can be useful for keeping us calm in stressful situations.
I am also flexible if needed, so you don’t need to have the same session time and day, it is your choice, this is to fit with your life.
I am a member of the NCPS and I abide their code of ethics. I am also committed to CPD (Continuing Professional Development and have regular supervision.
Any messages received I will try my best to respond to in 24 hours. Any messages sent at a weekend I will reply to on Monday.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage, well done for taking that first step.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns – stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
An important benefit is the flexibility it provides. Clients can connect with therapists in the way that suits them best – by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it simpler to fit therapy around work, family, and other commitments.
All therapists providing online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. This approach makes therapy more accessible for many people who find in-person appointments difficult to attend.
Online therapy can be a practical option for addressing everyday mental health needs and relationship challenges while offering flexible ways to engage with professional support.
