I am a Person-Centred (humanistic) Counsellor, and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and means I work within their ethical framework and practice guidelines.
I am a kind, compassionate and easy going person. I have lived a very varied life over two continents where my working careers in advertising, media, publishing and photography have brought me into contact with people from all walks of life.

We all face times in our lives’ when we just need some space to be still and reflect, a space where we feel accepted, understood, and supported in gaining a deeper awareness into why we feel the way we do and how we can develop a greater understanding of self and how to move forward in a more positive way. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety depression, low self-esteem and family issues.
