Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello. I am a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania with over 23 years of experience. I have worked in a variety of settings with children, teens, and adults to manage a number of concerns including; depression, anxiety, grief and loss, family and relationship issues, attention and concentration (ADHD) and overcoming traumas. I have been blessed with a very rewarding career that I truly enjoy and continue to grow and educate myself so that I may better help others.
Over the years I have learned everyone is capable of change and personal growth if given the support needed to identify their individual strengths and abilities. I also believe that each person is unique and deserves a therapy style/type that best fits their situation and goals. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and The Humanistic Approach though I am very flexible so that I can tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. I am a very compassionate and non-judgmental person and have been told many times that I am very approachable and easy to talk to. I will always welcome your feedback and hope you will be open about what is most comfortable for you.
Asking for help truly takes courage and I am so glad you have taken this first step! Change can be scary and I know this isn’t an easy process, but I will be there to support and encourage you through your journey of personal growth.

Many people wonder whether working with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their schedules and comfort level, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy life.
Therapists who provide online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different therapeutic fit. For many individuals, remote counseling provides a practical, effective path to support and growth without the constraints of in-person appointments.
