Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Melanie — a qualified integrative counsellor offering a warm, respectful and grounded space to explore whatever’s going on for you.
I understand how hard it can be to reach out for support, especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, grief, trauma, or relationship issues, I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can begin to make sense of your experiences and feel less alone.
My training is rooted in person-centred counselling, which means I place great value on creating a trusting relationship where you feel safe to be yourself. I also integrate other approaches like counselling for depression (CFD) and elements of CBT, always working at your pace and focusing on what feels most helpful for you.
Over the years I’ve worked with a wide range of people and issues, and I bring not only professional experience but a deep respect for the strength it takes to face what hurts. My style is gentle but honest — I’ll walk alongside you without judgment, offering reflections and insights when it feels right.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you’re feeling ready to explore what’s been holding you back or weighing you down, I’d be honoured to support you in that process.
