About

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, grief and life’s transitions. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My counseling style is warm, accepting & interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I fully believe that therapy can be a step a significant step toward repair and healing. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered and Ecosystem Structured Family Therapy. Every session will be customized to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

Wondering If Online Therapy Is Right for You?

Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.

A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their routine and comfort level, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to incorporate therapy into busy lives.

All therapists are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is desired, clients have the option to switch providers. For many individuals facing everyday mental health concerns, online therapy offers an accessible and effective way to get support.
