Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and I would like to support you in that process. I am a UK qualified Therapeutic Counsellor with more than 4 years of professional work experience, and a specialism in CBT and EMDR. I use an Integrative approach which means that I can use Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Psychodynamic Therapy or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to to meet your unique and specific needs, and to support you with the change you want to see in your life. I have successfully helped and empowered clients to overcome a wide range of issues, problems and difficulties including stress, anxiety, trauma, domestic abuse, life changes, depression, poor motivation, weight issues, phobia and addiction, lack of self esteem and lack of confidence.
I have a non-judgmental approach and will treat you with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I have twenty years experience of working and supporting young people with ADHD and Autism, so if you need a counsellor who understands some of the particular issues around neuro-diversity, I believe that you can feel confident and comfortable working alongside me.
I’m available for sessions only on a Friday. I look at my messages several times a day and you can expect a response from me between 6 and 8 pm Monday to Friday. This is because I’m busy during the day and I don’t want to send you a rushed response. At the weekend, just like everyone else, I’m either resting, relaxing and unwinding or I am undertaking training; I will try to respond on the same day, please don’t feel that I am ignoring you, I will answer.

For many everyday concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and major life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and practice indicate that common issues respond well to remote treatment when delivered by trained professionals.
A key benefit is flexibility: people can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone appointments, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to access support from different locations.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and if someone feels a different fit would be better they can change therapists at any time. Overall, online therapy offers a practical and effective option for many people seeking support.
