Many people wonder whether online therapy will help with everyday and more complex concerns. For common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, research and practice indicate that online therapy can be as effective as in-person treatment.
A major benefit is flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the format that suits you best, whether via video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into work, family and other commitments.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if you decide you would prefer a different therapeutic fit you may change therapists at any time. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible way to start or continue mental health support.
