Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the State of Ohio with over 25 years of experience working as a social worker. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, medical issues, grief, career challenges as well as alcohol addiction recovery. I also help many people navigate workplace concerns.
My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, and solution focused counseling. We can tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
Sometimes we have issues when we know exactly what to do and other times we may feel “stuck” in how to prevail over our concerns. Reaching out to somebody for guidance and navigation through these obstacles can be the very change we need to see the results we either hope for or have the support in order restore balance in our lives with changes we cannot control.
I view my role as helping you gain skills and learn behaviors that will put you on a path to mental wellness and also assist in establishing goals and develop approaches to address emotional stress, shore up skills in coping and communication.
The ability to change and accept is within your grasp whether you are challenged from a loss of a loved one, a struggle with a work situation, a medical problem, weight loss or just generally trying to feel different.
Reach out. Learn. Discover. Decide. Live a meaningful life.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people want to know whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit of remote care is flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the format that best suits your schedule and comfort, whether that is by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain consistent work on goals and coping strategies amid busy lives.
Licensed professionals provide care through these formats, and if a particular therapist is not the right fit, it is possible to switch to another clinician. Online therapy offers a practical option for many people seeking support for everyday mental health concerns while preserving the same standards of professional care that apply to traditional therapy.
